SCRATCH #3 - THE SPOKEN WORD - MAY

SCRATCH #3 - THE SPOKEN WORD

Join us for the latest edition of Scratch Night - The Spoken Word at the Howard Fine Acting Studio!

After the success of our previous Scratch Night events in 2019 and 2020, we're thrilled to announce that we’re FINALLY bringing it back!

-

Do you have a story to share? Ever dreamed of crafting and performing your own monologue? Here's your opportunity to unleash your creativity and captivate an audience. Whether you're a seasoned writer-performer or new to the scene, this event promises an evening of inspiration, camaraderie, and artistic expression.

At 6:30pm, we'll reveal the topic that will serve as the common thread for the evening's monologues. From there, you'll have two hours to craft, polish, and prepare your piece. Need a little guidance along the way? We'll have a guest writer (or possibly more!) on hand to offer support and feedback.

At 8:30pm, we invite everyone to gather in our Theatre space to witness the culmination of your efforts. Whether you choose to perform live or pre-record your monologue, the stage is yours to share your voice and vision. And remember, there's no pressure to memorise your lines – all presentations will be staged "as is."

This event is open to both participants and audience members alike. So mark your calendars, and get ready to be inspired. We can't wait to see what stories you'll bring to life at Scratch Night!
